How does pick up work?
If you choose local pick up:
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm
Saturday: 8am-11:30am
Sunday: Closed
Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping Australia wide.
Where do your products come from?
Our products come from other Australian businesses with discontinued or excess product lines.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $15 and express $25.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200.
Free express shipping on orders over $400.
Some items which are classed as heavy items will have a variable cost based on weight. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is the return policy?
Although most of our products are still new. Due to the nature of them being discontinued or excess stock, we do not provide returns or warranty on our products. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will provide a refund or replacement if the following conditions are met:
- Within 14 days of your product being delivered or collected.
- Has not been used or tampered with.
- Is a faulty or damaged item
We do not provide refunds or replacements for the following reasons:
- You changed your mind.
- The item is the wrong fit.
- You found it cheaper elsewhere.
- The item has been used or misused.
