Refund policy

Consumer guarantees 

Although most of our products are still new. Due to the nature of them being discontinued or excess stock, we do not provide returns or warranty on our products. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will provide a refund or replacement if the following conditions are met:

  • Within 14 days of your product being delivered or collected.
  • Has not been used or tampered with.
  • Is a faulty or damaged item

We do not provide refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind.
  • The item is the wrong fit.
  • You found it cheaper elsewhere.
  • The item has been used or misused.

 

Warranty

We do not offer any extended or additional warranty beyond the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
